Second micro-survey on the upkeep and maintenance of the municipal road network during the spring period

To follow up on last year's municipal services survey results, certain departments have chosen to further explore issues raised by respondents by carrying out micro-surveys on specific subjects. All to better understand the issues raised by citizens and to maximize the actions of their department in relation to the identified needs.

Municipal roads services ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the road network with some 209 km of roads, 54 km of sidewalks as well as storm sewer networks. Operations are divided into three phases: winter, spring, and summer operations. Each season has its particularities and is accompanied by a transition period, which allows teams to prepare various pieces of equipment required for the next phase.

The Public Works Department launched a series of micro-surveys, to explore in detail the elements raised during the major survey on municipal services and to try and better the level of service offered. Each of these micro-surveys takes no more than 2 minutes to complete, and you have the option (or not) to leave your information so that the service can contact you for your impressions and suggestions. The results of these micro-surveys will be most valuable for improving the upkeep and maintenance of the municipality's road network.

M-S 3 – Summer operations (SEPTEMBER 2024)

The second micro-survey on springtime operations will be online from WEDNESDAY JULY 17 to WEDNESDAY JULY 31, 2024.
