For more than 20 years, the municipal council of the municipality of Edmundston has recognized the work, commitment, surpassing, actions and influence of our citizens and organizations.
"At each public meeting, the municipal council likes to start on a positive note by naming one or several "Community Stars", to recognize them, thank them, but also with to inspire other people to aim for the stars, to innovate, " explained the Mayor of Edmundston, Eric Marquis.
The mayor, as well as the members of the municipal council, invited our 32 community stars, their parents and friends, for happy hour on Thursday, May 30 at the Arts Centre, to receive certificates and recognition pins.
