Temporary street closures for the Festival Royal

The Festival Royal will be held in downtown Edmundston on August 1 and 2, 2025. Please note that only local traffic and emergency vehicles will be permitted at these locations during this time. The temporary closure of the following street sections will take effect from 6 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, until 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2025:

- Canada Road: between 7 Canada Road and the intersection of Canada Road and Court Street

- Emmerson Street: between Canada Road and Fred-Levesque Lane

- Saint-François Street: between Canada Road and 44 Saint-François Street

- Fred-Levesque Alley: entirely

On Saturday, August 2, note that Emmerson Street will be temporarily closed, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
