Only Rivière-Verte residents will vote in the next municipal elections

Residents of the Village of Rivière-Verte who will be part of the new municipal entity of Edmundston as of January 1, 2023 will soon receive election notices.

Please note that notices of election were sent by mistake to households that are not subject to an election in Edmundston (including the sectors of Saint-Basile, Saint-Jacques and Verret).

Elections to elect two councillors for the new Ward 5 of the City of Edmundston (Rivière-Verte sector) will be held on Monday, November 28.

Voter information cards will be sent to the affected households over the next few days.These cards tell voters where and when they can vote.
