A committed Green Patrol!

May 11, 2023

A committed Green Patrol!

Student Audrey Dumont is back this summer to raise awareness about sound waste management and good recycling habits. She will travel through Edmundston's neighborhoods, which will give Edmundston citizens access to an additional resource during summer months.

The first mandate of the Green Patrol is to raise public awareness regarding the importance of recycling. Citizens will be able to communicate directly with Audrey from May to August 2023, for any questions related to waste management and recycling, as well as grass recycling and water management. The Green Patrol will also monitor citizens' habits during watering bans in the event of drought during the summer.

What goes in the blue bin? How can I start composting at home or is my water meter properly calibrated? Don't hesitate to contact our Green Patrol student between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
