The Department is committed to responding, as quickly as possible and to the best of its knowledge, to comments and messages posted on the pages.
Please note that we read all comments, questions and opinions posted on the pages. Although the Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter) pages are regularly monitored, they are not active 24 hours a day.
As some responses also depend on a reference to certain municipal departments, a delay in response may occur. With some exceptions, the persons in charge of communications, Mychèle Poitras and Annie Dancause, are responsible for publications, comments and responses on these pages.
The Communications Department voluntarily limits the information disseminated by tagging the subjects covered to ensure that the interest of City of Edmundston social media users is maintained.

The Communications Department does not play favourites.
The City cannot guarantee that it has all the information, and it is the responsibility of the organisations to provide the editorial and visual content.
However, the city is not obliged to disseminate your information and will give priority to those elements deemed, depending on the context, to be the most relevant for the benefit of all citizens.
