Detours to plan this Wednesday June 15th

Public Works Department wishes to advise motorists that if weather permits, work will be carried out on Acadie Boulevard this Wednesday, June 15th, 2022. A section of Acadie Boulevard, between Hubert Street and Victoria Street, will therefore be closed for a major part of the day.

Access to properties located on the west side of the bridge over the Madawaska River will be possible via Canada Road, or Highway 2. Access to properties in Riviera Park area will only be possible from Canada Street (access to Boulevard Acadie from this artery will be limited).

People who want to travel from one side of the Madawaska River bridge to the other will have to do so via Downtown or Highway 2. Please respect signage.

City of Edmundston apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks you for your cooperation during this major road improvement work.
