Olivier-Boucher Road reopens today

The Public Works Department advises motorists that the section of Olivier-Boucher Road between Des Cèdres Street and Couturier Road will be open to traffic starting at 1 p.m. today, Thursday, October 6.

However, work to replace a major water main in the municipality will continue in the area of the wells near the Iroquois River. The City recommends that you remain vigilant and cautious when driving in this area (Olivier-Boucher and Couturier roads sector). No interruption in the water supply is expected at this time. Should the situation change, notices will be issued.

The City of Edmundston apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks you for your cooperation during this important road and infrastructure upgrade.
