Human Resources
Our Human Resources staff oversees hiring according to our staffing policy; orientation of new employees, training, professional development, and succession planning.
Our staff plans and manages the employee and family assistance program, workplace health and safety programs as well as employee benefits and positive actions programs. Our HR team also assists directors in the interpretation and administration of collective agreements, personnel-related policies and programs, and provincial health and safety acts and regulations.
