The Edmundston Police Force is partnering with Violette Motors Ltée. for a 100% electric pilot project

Edmundston Police Force will test the efficiency of a 100% electric vehicle thanks to Violette Motors Ltée.

Violette Motors Ltd. partners up with the Edmundston Police Force to promote the use of electric vehicles through a pilot project. A fully electric Ford Mach E AWD vehicle will be loaned to the Police Force for a one-year trial period, free of charge.

The goal of this partnership is to test the efficiency of such vehicles before the Police Force decides to invest large sums of money in this electric technology.

Violette Motors Ltée., also wishes to demonstrate to the community that this type of vehicle can meet all the daily transport requirements in an ecological and economical way.
