Traffic changes downtown for the 2026 Festival Royal

The Festival Royal will be held in downtown Edmundston on July 31st and August 1st, 2026.
The work, valued at $1,390,660, will cover a section of approximately 250 meters of Léopold-Couturier Avenue, located between Albert Street and Isidore-Boucher Boulevard.
Residents are invited to an information booth on July 27 to learn more and ask questions.
Offenders are liable to a fine of $172.50.
Among other things, police seized various quantities of drugs, items related to the sale and use of narcotics, a prohibited firearm, and a sum of money.
