The City of Edmundston launches a survey on the need for adapted housing

As part of its housing strategy, the City of Edmundston wants to gain a better understanding of the needs of people living with a disability or requiring specific adaptations to their housing.

To this end, a public survey has been launched to gather valuable information that will help guide the development of adapted housing projects in our community.

Residents are invited to complete the online survey, from October 1st to October 15, by CLICKING HERE. 

"This survey is an essential step in ensuring that the housing offered in Edmundston takes into account the realities and needs of the people concerned," says Isabelle Laplante, Housing Coordinator. "We strongly encourage people in Edmundston and the surrounding area who live with a disability or support someone who needs adaptations to take a few minutes to respond.

The city is also inviting the public to share the survey link as widely as possible in order to reach as many people as possible.

Responses to the survey will remain confidential and will be used solely for planning purposes as part of the municipal housing strategy.
